The Montessori Group encourages applications from all students. We look for children and parents who share our goal of a nurturing, cooperative atmosphere in which to challenge students to reach their full potential in their intellectual, physical, and artistic pursuits.
The admissions procedure is a two-fold process. It is designed to give parents an opportunity to learn about the school, its philosophy and policies, and to meet our administration and faculty. It also gives us an opportunity to assess each child’s situation and determine whether we are able to meet the needs and expectations of the parents. Our goal is to enroll families who will both benefit from and contribute to what the school has to offer.
Enrolling your child in a Montessori Group School:
- Parents schedule a tour with the individual school office. At this time parents pick up an application. Parents are encouraged to observe a classroom in session, tour the school, speak with teachers, and meet with the Administrator.
- Interested families are encouraged to submit a completed application form as promptly as possible after observation.
- If distance does not permit you to visit, we ask that you call and discuss your needs and any questions with the Administrator.
